Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if anyone has a stand alone program that will
convert a PSN2 (text) file into a PSN3 file.  something I could
include in a batch file or run from the command line.  I know that I
can do it from Winquake but I can only do it one file at a time.  I
want to be able to do many files at time.
