Hi All,
 
   Is there anybody who is operating a tilt meter in the last 24  hours. I 
have picked up an earth ring at 20 minutes ( oSo )  followed by a  strong 
35.5 minute ( oS3 ). The peculiar thing is that there has been no major  earth 
quake activity preceding this. Can anybody confirm this observation  ?
