Dave,
Congratulations on getting your files to upload. I believe the reason why
the gif uploading clickables are grayed out is the XP Home OS. With XP Pro,
you would get the clickables.

thanks so much for everyone's responses

I couldnt get SDR to work  ... the gif uploading clickables in the dropdown
menu were greyed out so unable to set it up

A local ham radio friend ,who has only in the last couple of weeks got his
seismo
  online and I plugged away at snagit for a while and we both finally got it
to work
