I have mixed feelings about their new site. It's not as quick to get what you want but it seems like it may be more powerful. I haven't looked at all the variables yet. But USGS is still giving the old link system in their RSS:

I hope they fix this soon, a lot of websites use USGS RSS to load EQ data.
