Larry,

I have had to change computers from one running win7-32 to one running
win7-64.  I have installed your LATEST versions of Win7-64 and cannot open
WinSDR.  It says that it cannot open Comm. 1 and closes.  All that I have on
the present computer is a USB to DB-9 cable and it is on Comm. 5.  I do not
know how to get SDR to access the Comm.5 port, because it shuts down.
