SEAN-THOMAS, et.al
I have just completed the base unit of the STM-8 seismograph modeled after 
the design of Sean-Thomas.  It presently is configured with a coil and magnet 
and apears extremely sensitive.  Since I have no electronics skills, I was 
contemplating the next step configuring it with a Shackleford-Gundersen 
mechanism and the ready made S.G. electronics board made by Larry Cochrane.
Do you think this would work and if so any advice would be appreciated.
Ultimately I will probably tackle converting it to a VBB.  Perhaps Larry will 
begin selling the VBB electronics.
