Earthquake   Information   Center:    Preliminary   hypocenter   for
earthquake  of  1999  Oct  21,  MISSOURI-ARKANSAS   BORDER   REGION:
latitude  36.7  degrees  north,  longitude 91.1 degrees west, origin
time 08 17  56.4  utc,  depth  shallow,  magnitude  3.9  mbLg.   The
earthquake  was  felt  in  the Jonesboro, Arkansas area.  There have
been no reports of damage.
