Jan,

WinQuake version 2.6 (currenly in beta) has the map feature you are looking
for.  You can download it here:  http://www.seismicnet.com/software.html.
Download the full release. After unzipping the file in a temp directory
copy all of the files over to the directory containing WinQuake. Make sure
you are not running WinQuake when you do the copy.
