Don't know. Do you have the digital filtering on for the channel you are replaying? Doing a low-pass filter on the data can help clean up the trace by removing all or most of the high frequency local ground noise.

Why does the image on replay appear to have been processed -- The lines are much sharper and there is much less noise.
